All VPS plans come with Unmanaged Support.
One of the ways we are able to provide such excellent value for our servers is by not adding in cost of support. Experienced admins, developers and hobbiests can all benefit from the incredibly low price-per-resource of our Unmanaged VPS plans. Unmanaged does not mean unsupported! The first 15 minutes for any issue are considered complimentary. All support beyond the first 15 minutes for an issue is subject to our standard support fees of $15/15minute | Unmanaged Support covers the following items at no extra charge:- Root Password reset
- Hardware Issues
- Network Issues
